Philip has over twenty years’ experience as a commercial lawyer. Prior to Fyers Joyce he worked as a commercial litigator in Auckland and London and then as in house counsel for Frucor Beverages. Philip has particular experience in the food and beverage and fresh produce industries, and in assisting start-ups on their growth journey. He also manages a significant commercial property portfolio and all of the legal affairs of a number of businesses and private individuals.

Emaleigh is a commercial property and asset structuring specialist with over 20 years’ experience acting for developers, investors, and high net-worth, asset-rich clients across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. She has extensive experience in acquisition and disposal of property, subdivisions, unit titling, financing and leasing, property and commercial transaction negotiations, conveyancing, financing as well as asset restructuring. Emaleigh’s background includes dispute resolution (civil litigation including employment and property disputes).  She enjoys assisting clients with acquiring assets, and building their commercial as well as property portfolios, property development projects and dealing with commercial property landlords and tenants.
